enchantedengland: Ooooooh this is killing me here **falls over dead** I had the BEST DAY EVER when I went to Eastbourne and hiked around Birling Gap and Beachy Head and SAW THESE CLIFFS AND THAT LIGHTHOUSE and hung over the edge like an idiot well we won’t talk about that. Anyway, I have a feather from a seagull and pebbles from the Eastbourne pier and a lot of chalky cliff pieces (they were ALREADY BROKEN OFF. Don’t think I would ever disturb the most beautiful place on earth SUSSEX) and now I am looking at them sadly, so sadly, yet hopefully…. yes, a flutter of desperate hope arises within my bosom, that I may one day return and NEVER EVER LEAVE.
